The 8-storey mixed-use building in Satwa, Dubai, features a glass and textured stone façade integrated with trees and planters. At its core, a "green-lung" atrium serves as the design's main element, bringing natural light deep into each floor and acting as a vertical garden. The building promotes strong connections to nature with green spaces, including a rooftop garden and planters integrated into the canopy at the drop-off area. This biophilic design enhances air circulation and creates a breathable, harmonious environment, connecting spaces through materiality, spirituality, and visual appeal.
