Residential Complex

The key requirement of this high-end residential project in ADNEC by Bloom Properties was to capitalize of the magnificent views of the adjacent canal. Consequently, the Lacasa team designed the building with floor-to-ceiling glazing and an orientation which allows the majority of apartments to enjoy a canal view. It also contains a podium with a large infinity pool which ends in a dramatic waterfall.

The design language features glazing, wood textured aluminum and louvers. Instead of using one monotonous rhythm, the lines of the façade are interrupted in the centre through the provision of extra-large balconies for certain apartments. The excitement of the façade continues internally, with a grand atrium running the full height of the building. Mechanical services are placed at the top and concealed with a screen, while gym facilities are contained on the first floor.
