Mixed – Use Master Plan

Located on a plot covering over two million square feet by the Dubai-Al Ain Road, this large mixed use project for GGICO contains hotels, hotel apartments, residential villas, apartments and townhouses, as well as office space. The scheme is made up of four towers, including one private tower for the clients’ offices, orientated around a generous public space with plentiful greenery and water features, which enhance the sense of community.

The public area also contains car parking, and acts as a green buffer zone between buildings within the scheme and beyond. Designed in a distinctive Arabesque style, the buildings feature round arches with stone cladding at the ground floor level, generous glazing, as well as Mashrabiya-style aluminium elements at the apex. Regional living preferences are also reflected in the residential components, with each townhouse containing garages and a backyard, while the luxurious villas feature swimming pools.
